About the Role: Come drive growth in a fast paced, dynamic business. This role sits within the Core Consumer Growth squad and plays a pivotal part in driving user engagement, frequency, and retention across Uber Eats. You will be the voice of the consumer in key cross functional forums, shaping strategy and execution through deep consumer insights. You will own critical programs end to end, from data analysis and solution design through to execution and performance tracking, working closely with Product, Engineering, Merchant, and Marketing partners. Your Impact In Role
- Own the strategy and execution of high impact consumer engagement initiatives to increase frequency, retention, and lifetime value
- Manage the strategic investment portfolio across multiple growth levers, defining prioritisation, allocation, and ROI tracking
- Develop and deploy geo specific growth strategies using market archetypes and local conditions in priority regions
- Translate complex and ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
The experience you'll bring
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, tech, e commerce, or consumer growth roles
- Strong analytical capability, with experience working with complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheets (SQL a plus)
- Customer centric mindset with strong problem solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Proven ability to build relationships, manage cross functional projects, and execute in fast paced, high growth environments
