About the Role Take charge of front desk operations as a Customer Service Coordinator and be the first point of contact for our vibrant student community. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, support residents through move-ins and maintenance and contribute to community initiatives to facilitate seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents, tenants, and guests.
  • Handle resident enquiries related to tenancy, wellbeing, and general needs, resolving or escalating issues as required.
  • Oversee resident check-ins/check-outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks.
  • Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, contractors, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including mail management, end-of-shift processing, and maintaining a professional reception area.

Skills & Experience:To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

  • Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
  • Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card).
  • Valid Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or be willing to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Previous experience in front office, reception, or hospitality environments (desirable).
