What’s in it for you? You’ll be the go-to person for asset condition monitoring, maintenance planning, and technical advice. Think of yourself as the guardian of equipment longevity—because when the plant runs smoothly, everyone wins. Your Toolkit Should Include

• Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert III Mechanical Engineering).
• Diploma of Engineering (or a commitment to start ASAP).
• Solid industry experience and a knack for problem-solving.
• White Card, NSW Driver’s Licence, and strong computer literacy.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and in a multi-skilled team.

Day-to-day, You’ll

• Monitor and report asset conditions like a pro.
• Support scheduling for routine maintenance, shutdowns, and breakdowns.
• Create work orders in SAP and keep maintenance history sharp.
• Roll up your sleeves for hands-on tasks when needed.
• Drive improvements and participate in root cause analysis.
