Your new role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a Road Safety data migration project, ensuring successful planning, execution, and transition in line with organisational priorities and government standards.

Accountabilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for a complex data migration initiative, from initiation through to delivery and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, ensuring proactive management and escalation where required.
• Coordinate internal teams across data, technology, and business operations to ensure alignment and delivery readiness.
• Manage vendors and delivery partners, including performance tracking, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with government standards.
• Prepare and deliver project reporting, status updates, and briefings to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Support change and transition activities to ensure successful adoption of migrated data solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in data management and data migration projects. Data bricks experience would be favourable.
• Proven capability in stakeholder management, including working across complex internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Solid vendor management skills, with experience coordinating multiple delivery partners.
• Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and reporting to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.
