About This Opportunity Head Event Coordinator (Online Charity Events) 2 hrs/week | Remote | Volunteer | Experience Essential Are you an innovative event leader with a heart for animals and a mind for strategy? Into Loving Homes Foundation is seeking a Head Event Coordinator to design, lead, and deliver powerful online events that raise funds and awareness for our mission. You will be reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll implement proven fundraising strategies while also thinking outside the box — delivering virtual events that inspire our audience and create meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of online fundraising events (e.g. virtual auctions, livestreams, Q&As) Implement tried-and-true charity fundraising formats — and introduce bold new ideas Coordinate a small team and work closely with the CEO Liaise with guest speakers, sponsors, and supporters Track success and continuously refine event performance You’ll Need: Demonstrated success coordinating online fundraising events (volunteer or paid) Creativity paired with efficiency and a solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills Help us build online experiences that bring more animals Into Loving Homes.
