About Our Role Our Brisbane team is growing, and we’re looking for support! This is an exciting time to join WGA as a Team Administrator and make an immediate impact. You’ll work closely with our talented Brisbane team and collaborate with our fantastic National Administration team. We’re seeking an experienced Team Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being part of a high-performing team. What you will do
- Provide administration support to the QLD team
- Support the day to day running of the QLD Office
- Assist with event coordination
- Manage shared email inboxes
- Project documentation assistance including formatting, proofing and auditing
- Meeting coordination and travel booking
About you: To be successful in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to build effective and inclusive relationships.
- Previous experience in an Administration role with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in an Engineering Consultancy (or similar) highly regarded.
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement - in this role, you’ll work closely with the internal team from undergraduates through to senior managers.
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills with the ability to proactively drive actions.
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and find solutions to problems.
- The ability to enjoy being flexible with your workload and work collaboratively with the National Administration team.
