The role Adbri is currently seeking a Payroll Systems and Reporting Specialist to join our supportive team in a permanent full-time role. This position plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely reporting and payroll legislative requirements across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will bring your expertise to streamline payroll procedures, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure compliance and accuracy within the Chris21 payroll environment. Your role will also involve identifying process improvements, supporting audits, and contributing to system upgrades and reporting automation. We’re looking for someone with advanced payroll knowledge, strong attention to detail, excellent excel & analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - End of Month Reports and Reconciliation (for C21 and Dayforce)
- Superannuation reconciliation, reporting, and SAFF Files lodgement into Clearing house (for SG and Defined Benefit schemes)
- Payroll Tax reconciliation and SRO lodgement
- Payroll Cash-Flow Forecast
- SOX Compliance analysis
- Responsible for setting up user access in our C21 system
- Supporting the Payroll Team for our Weekly and Fortnightly verification for the variation reporting
- End of Year Reporting and Reconciliation preparation (for C21 and Dayforce)
- C21 system specialist to support Testing and changes required for upgrades and other internal requirements for business changes
- Other Ad-hoc reporting requirements/analysis work as requested by PM
To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least four years of strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, with proven system proficiency in Chris21. A strong track record in driving process improvements and adapting to evolving payroll practices is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
