As a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of analytics that connect clinical, operational, and performance data to real-world healthcare decisions. You will guide BI teams in transforming complex data into trusted dashboards, reports, and insights that drive patient outcomes and organizational efficiency. Organization: Alignerr Position: Clinical Business Intelligence Manager Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $40–$80 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
  • Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
  • Experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.

Preferred

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
