We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.
It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.
We are on a transformative journey to build a more resilient and future-focused bank. Our Group Risk function is evolving, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator - Stress Testing to be a crucial part of this change.
In this role, you will provide essential project management, coordination, and administrative support to the Enterprise Wide Stress Testing (EWST) function. You will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of stress testing cycles by providing sound governance and facilitating engagement between stakeholders, managing project deliverables, and supporting the collation and validation of results. The role also supports continuous improvement, insights generation, documentation maintenance, and scenario development activities.
Your Impact: Driving Excellence
As a key driver of our function's success. You will be responsible for:
- End-to-End Project Coordination: You will manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise-wide stress testing, from planning and execution to ensuring all milestones and approvals are handled effectively. This includes maintaining project plans and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Central Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the main point of contact, you will coordinate across key departments like Risk, Finance, Treasury, and various Business Units to ensure alignment, facilitate timely decisions, and build strong, constructive working relationships.
- Robust Governance and Reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining strong governance by accurately tracking decisions, risks, and actions. A key part of your role will be preparing clear and timely reports for senior management and governance forums to ensure everything is auditable and defensible for regulators.
- Framework and Process Improvement: You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the stress testing framework by facilitating post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned, and tracking improvement actions to completion. This also includes maintaining and updating key documentation, templates, and governance materials like RACI matrices and Terms of Reference.
