The Role

This is a senior consulting role focused on strategy, commercial and supply chain impact within complex organisational environments.

You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to:

• Lead diagnostic and discovery engagements to identify structural performance gaps
• Design procurement and supply chain strategies aligned to enterprise objectives
• Develop commercial models, sourcing frameworks and supply ecosystem strategies
• Shape operating models and governance structures to enable sustained performance
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic alignment sessions
• Translate strategic direction into structured implementation pathways
• Embed performance tracking mechanisms and measurable commercial outcomes

While you will operate within structured transformation environments, your role is to ensure frameworks and governance enable commercial impact - not simply manage process.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking dynamic consulting professionals who can operate commercially within complex transformation settings.

You bring:

• Experience in management consulting, strategy, procurement, supply chain, or commercial advisory
• Demonstrated capability shaping procurement strategy, sourcing models, supplier ecosystems or supply chain improvements
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to quantify value, risk and trade-offs
• Experience designing governance or operating models that improve enterprise performance
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and leading structured workstreams

You are:

• Highly adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Curious and systems-oriented, seeking to understand root causes not symptoms
• Commercially driven and motivated by measurable impact
• Energised by cross-functional environments where strategy and execution intersect
• Comfortable shifting between conceptual design and practical implementation
• Experience across procurement, supply chain, healthcare, infrastructure, utilities or complex regulated environments is highly regarded, but consulting mindset and structured thinking are paramount.
