As an (EL 2) IT Architect, you will provide strategic architectural leadership to shape and deliver technology outcomes across complex programs and enterprise initiatives.

You will design and govern scalable, secure and future ready architecture solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, business priorities and long-term technology direction. This includes developing and embedding architecture artefacts such as principles, standards, reference architectures and roadmaps.

Leading architecture across programs of work, you will set technical direction and drive consistency across initiatives and influence the design and support modernisation of complex solutions across integration, APIs, cloud and distributed systems.

Additionally, you will provide trusted, authoritative advice to senior leaders, clearly articulating architectural decisions, risks, trade-offs and opportunities to inform investment and delivery outcomes. You’ll also oversee governance, assurance and risk management processes to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.

A critical aspect of the role is leading senior stakeholder engagement. You will work collaboratively across business and technology areas, as well as with external partners, to build alignment, influence decision-making and drive outcomes that deliver sustainable business value.
