Role Overview

This is a junior-mid level role, suitable for a person with 1-2 years in finding and working with Influencers and Affiliates, ready for the next step up.

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with both paid influencers and affiliate partners across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of Influencer and Affiliate Managers and report directly to the Acquisition Manager.

This is a results-driven role with a strong focus on performance. It’s about finding a lot of suitable affiliates and influencers, rather than a few world-class creative partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Acquisition & Management

• Proactively identify and recruit paid influencers in the wellness, biohacking, lifestyle, and alternative health verticals
• Negotiate campaign rates, deliverables, and usage rights in line with performance targets
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution and reporting

Affiliate Program Growth

• Source and onboard new affiliate partners (content creators, bloggers, and thought leaders)
• Maintain regular communication and performance tracking to ensure long-term engagement
• Monitor affiliate content quality and alignment with brand messaging

Performance & Optimisation

• Track ROI, sales performance, and engagement metrics to optimise influencer and affiliate programs
• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to provide partners with high-converting assets and messaging
• Continuously test and refine strategies to scale revenue through partnerships

Reporting & Collaboration

• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to senior marketing leadership
• Stay ahead of social media trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with content, PR, and email marketing teams to support wider brand initiatives

Key Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing (e-commerce or wellness industry is essential)
• Experience in managing high-performing influencer/affiliate campaigns, ideally for a wellness or beauty brand
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Aspire, or similar) and UTM tracking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape, particularly Instagram and TikTok

Nice to have:

• An interest in health, wellness and fitness
• Prior experience in international markets (US/CA/UK/EU/UAE)
