The Role:

Join the Melbourne team and take ownership of a key Victorian project.

• Lead the delivery of a scaleable community
• Manage rollout of c200 lots per year (traditional housing & townhomes)
• Build and maintain strong builder and stakeholder relationships
• Mentor and lead a dedicated Assistant Development Manager
• Report to senior management and take accountability for your project
• Exposure to an additional smaller scale residential development in close out phase
• Manage an ADM, dedicated to your project.

The CandidateYou Will Bring:

• land subdivision experience as a DM (essential)
• Confidence/the ability to present at JV/board level
• Commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
• Leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
• Town house experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to “hit the ground running” in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the desire to further their own professional development in a supportive work setting with access to phenomenal mentors and leaders.
