Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and administer import/export operational projects and business programs
Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and reporting requirements
Prepare operational reports, business documentation, and compliance records
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas partners
Support management in process improvement and operational planning
Maintain records relating to shipments, contracts, invoices, and logistics activities
Assist with regulatory and documentation requirements relating to international trade and food industry compliance
Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and project updates
Support implementation of business systems and operational procedures
Ensure administrative processes comply with company and industry standards
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Experience in project coordination or administration
Knowledge of import/export operations or supply chain processes advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
