As a Mailroom Coordinator you will be the first point for incoming and outgoing mail for efficient distribution/collection.

About Your New Role:


  • Incoming and outgoing mail is sorted for efficient distribution/collection
  • Unclaimed mail is identified and distributed to appropriate/alternative staff member
  • coordinated.
  • Process shipment requests, organise appropriate couriers.
  • Check and replenish all mail and postage supplies.
  • General mailroom administrative duties
  • Follow up on uncollected items as per policy

Skills And Experience:


  • 3-4 years of job related experience
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced organisational skills
