Instead of purely maintenance-based care, our teams deliver proactive, outcomes-focused therapy through dedicated onsite Active Living Program that help our clients thrive. This position is ideal for someone with proven leadership capabilities that can play a key role in the continued growth of our Residential Aged Care and Support at Home divisions. You'll have the opportunity to support the development of our Senior team, influence best practice across services, and build a clear pathway towards future operational leadership. Reporting directly to the executive general manager (EGM) The successful candidate will have a mixed clinical and non-clinical workload to allow for the effective supervision of allocated sites. This includes ensuring our service model is implemented to the highest standard and that team members receive adequate support and guidance.   • Leadership: Providing guidance and support to the VIC East team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead both internal and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Mentoring and Supervision: A proactive and supportive approach to team supervision and collaboration.
  • Quality Improvement: Monitoring and improving service quality and outcomes.
  • Onboarding & Recruitment: Coordinate the onboarding of new team members and participate in interviews.
  • Strong Collaboration skills: with other ATLS and Executive general manager- seniors, Business development, families, and colleagues for person-centred care and Talent Acquisition Team
  • Assess the residents: to understand their functional abilities, goals, and challenges, identifying opportunities to improve mobility, safety, and participation in daily activities.
  • Develop personalised therapy: that enhance independence, build strength and confidence, and support residents to live well through targeted rehabilitation, group programs, and meaningful functional activities.
  • Stay sharp: Learn the latest research and best practices.
