The Opportunity Join Komatsu as a Production Supervisor – Machine Shop and lead a skilled team delivering high-quality machining and repair solutions from our Welshpool facility. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee daily workshop operations, drive safety and quality standards, manage production schedules, and ensure customer deliveries are achieved on time and within budget. You'll play a key role in developing and mentoring tradespeople, apprentices, and leading hands while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machining professional with strong leadership skills to make a real impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Roster: Monday to Friday Role Located: Welshpool WA Komatsu Benefits
