About the Role You'll be responsible for:

• Growing sales across the Vic South East, Bayside/Peninsula and Tasmania territory
• Building strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, doctors and nurses
• Identifying new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
• Delivering product education, demonstrations and training
• Developing territory plans and achieving sales targets
• Representing the business at educational events and industry meetings

About You

We're seeking someone with established experience in the medical aesthetics industry and a proven ability to drive commercial outcomes.

You'll ideally come from one of the following backgrounds:

• Medical aesthetic injectables sales
• Energy-based aesthetic device sales
• Professional skincare sales
• Cosmetic injector with proven business development, account management or sales experience

You'll also bring:

• A successful track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
• Confidence educating and influencing healthcare professionals
• Excellent territory management and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry
