Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of capital infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of delivery for multiple infrastructure & plant projects across the whole business of low to medium value ($1M - $5M+) from initiation to implementation;
- Develop project scopes, estimates, budgets, manage design and engineering engagements and resource allocations to ensure positive outcomes;
- Collaborate with operational and other internal teams to manage risks, ensure compliance , and deliver project outcomes effectively;
- Set realistic goals for projects in delivery to achieve cost-effective, safe, and efficient results;
- Close the loop by ensuring commissioning and completions provide relevant asset information for maintenance and optimisation as well as contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies and ways of working; and
- Manage quality control processes and stakeholders together with internal team members.
About You Your skills and experience will include;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Bachelor of Engineering, Project Management or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience;
- Proven experience in project management, delivering low to medium-risk projects on time, within budget, and on schedule;
- Demonstrated ability to lead project outcomes and achieve objectives and milestones;
- Proficiency in using project management systems and software, adhering to PMBOK principles and Australian Standards (e.g., AS4902, AS2124);
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to develop creative and practical solutions; and
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
