Maintenance & Minor Works Tradesperson

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance & Minor Works Tradesperson for an immediate start to carry out a wide range of general maintenance, repair and minor construction works across residential properties. This role suits someone hands-on, self-motivated, and proud of delivering quality workmanship and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities  

• Perform general maintenance and repair works and minor works tasks (within licence limits) 
• Diagnose issues and recommend practical repair solutions 
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite 
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding work required, progress and completion 
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian standards, building codes and WHS requirements 
• Complete job documentation, photos and reports as required

Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience with maintenance & minor works, and handyperson works in a similar role
• Strong all-round trade skills, particularly in carpentry and painting 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Good communication and customer service skills
