Your Next Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a full-time Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at our Sydney Hills Holiday site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it! In this Role, You’ll

• Lead the Front Office team by allocating tasks, supervising work, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through warm welcomes, efficient check-ins/outs, and promoting park amenities and activities.
• Drive sales and bookings by converting walk-ins, upselling experiences, and promoting other Ingenia destinations.
• Coordinate holiday activities by planning, setting up, and supervising programs that create fun, safe experiences for guests.
• Manage admin tasks including payments, guest queries, maintenance logging, and using systems like Newbook and MS Office.
