About The Role Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available to join one of the most agile and nimble supply chains in our industry! The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting and optimising the supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating supply chain operations, operational problem solving and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient– vehicle deliveries to our dealer network. Duties/responsibilities Include
- Coordinate service provider interactions, resolve compound issues, and ensure smooth vehicle flow to dealers
- Actively monitor and evaluate damages to improve damage peformance and repair turnaround times
- Work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to track and share accurate shipping information
- Maintain and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support supply chain visibility and performance.
- Order, shipping, and allocation data processing ensuring data accuracy and promptly resolving errors
- Monitor and Measure service provider performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
- Oversee compound parts stock levels and manage monthly stock replenishment.
- Attend weekly and monthly service provider meetings and ensure issues are recorded, monitored and resolved in a timely manner
- Manage vehicle movements for Company Fleet and Evaluation cars, including registration updates and tracking.
- Contribute to functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other assigned tasks.
SkillsSkills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in business administration, supply chain management, Logistics or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar coordination role (not essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Ability work autonomously
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Continuous improvement mindset and a “can do” attitude
- Proven Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Basic data analysis and intermediate reporting skills
- Previous experience using Excel, Access, Power BI
