Civil Supervisors

We are looking for multiple skilled supervisors to join our clients on various different projects across SEQ and FNQ.

Opportunities:

You'll be doing the following:

• Oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Queensland, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
• Coordinate daily site operations, including the scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, equipment, and onsite crews.
• Lead regular safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a proactive and compliant safety culture on site.
• Serve as the primary liaison between contractors, project managers, clients, and local authorities to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to Queensland’s WHS (Work Health and Safety), environmental, and quality assurance standards.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise disruptions and keep project milestones on track.

Requirements

• 5 years of civil construction experience
• Ability to read plans and engineering drawings
• Strong adherence to safety protocol
• Proven ability to manage teams
