Lindian Resources (ASX: LIN) is an Australian mining company developing the Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi, one of the world’s premier rare earth deposits. As our Perth office continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and well-organised Receptionist to support day-to-day office operations and maintain an efficient, welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
This role is focused on front-of-house service, office coordination, facilities support, and administrative assistance across the broader corporate team. The successful candidate will play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, managing office supplies and systems, and ensuring a positive experience for employees and visitors.

Reporting to: Corporate & Investor Relations Manager
Key Deliverables
- Provide professional front-of-house support, greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and managing general enquiries.
- Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchen areas and shared office spaces to a high standard.
- Manage and order office supplies, maintain stock levels and coordinate supplier invoices.
- Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, internal events, catering and courier services.
- Support onboarding activities for new starters, including workspace setup and coordination of equipment with IT.
- Provide basic IT-related assistance (resetting equipment, directing support needs to IT provider).
- Maintains office systems, records and supplies to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Support general administrative tasks across the corporate team.
- Liaise with building management, contractors and service providers for maintenance, deliveries and office-related services.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in administration, front-of-house or office coordination roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Competency across Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues and liaise with IT support providers.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality workplace environment.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors and visitors.
- Professional presentation and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
- Experience with Pronto will be well-regarded, as well as INX or similar system.

- Valid Australian working rights.
- Ability to pass a background check.
