Senior Project Lead

This nationally recognised architecture and design studio, with leading innovation in the Living Sector are seeking a Senior Project Lead who can take full ownership of the design and delivery process, to join their growing Perth team. Their portfolio includes multi-residential and mixed-use to to urban regeneration and build-to-rent. The Role

• Lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects from briefing and concept design through to delivery and construction.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams, consultants and client expectations.
• Champion design quality while maintaining timelines, budgets and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Take ownership of project reporting, risk management and performance tracking.

You will ideally have 8+ years post graduate experience, with at least 5 years leading design projects, be 'hands-on' and passionate about front end design, and confident to voice your ideas and opinions in a collaborative team. Ideal Candidate

• Experience across concept design, design development, documentation and design phases.
• Strong Revit capability and experience working in a BIM environment.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Strong organisational, time management and client-facing skills.
• Based in Perth, with strong local knowledge and networks.
• Registered Architect (preferred).
