What you'll be doing...
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the firm's strategic goals by building and developing a high-performing workforce.
This multifaceted position combines a variety of responsibilities, including , supporting the Early Careers Program
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on HR advice and operational support to the Brisbane legal and administrative teams
- Partnering with the broader HR team to coordinate the national Early Careers Program
- Managing the Early Careers learning and development program in alignment with the College of Law PLT timeline
- Managing the graduate development journey — from rotations and performance feedback through to permanent placements
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding for clerks and graduates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for early career employees, offering guidance and support throughout their development
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives led by senior HR leaders

What you'll need...
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role - experience within the legal or professional services environment is essential!
- A warm, positive and proactive approach, with the confidence to interact at all levels and the confidence to make well-informed decisions and recommendations
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through
