Position title: Senior Partnerships Manager

Sales approach: 80% direct, 20% agency

Workplace type: Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH

Remuneration: Salary: $80k-$110k, OTE: $140k

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the mission of this position is to achieve set revenue targets from your assigned client territory. This is an outbound sales position suited to an energetic hunter with a passion for sales success and doing their part for the team.

Key tasks:

  • Devise and implement a media sales strategy which will result in hitting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets;
  • Key account management - presenting, negotiating, closing, account management;
  • New business development - market research, cold-calling, discovery calls/meetings;
  • Sales admin - booking forms, updating CRM, campaign delivery reports
  • Represent the Company at industry events;
  • Report revenue (ie, booked, forecast, progress-to-target) and other market updates at team meetings;

About the successful candidate

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrable track record of media sales success; preferably in a B2B media environment;
  • 2+ years sales experience, some telesales experience would be an advantage;
  • Strong presentation skills in client meetings and at industry events;
  • Technically literate, preferably HubSpot and Microsoft365 applications;
  • Candidates who have completed sales training courses will be highly regarded;
  • Exposure to the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry would be a bonus;
