We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities and the confidence to work independently within our dynamic team. As a key addition to our team, some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and arranging for receipting and disbursements of trust / client money
  • Assisting with preparation and compilation of documents
  • Scanning documents and arranging for execution
  • Attending to post completion registration
  • Attending to distribution of documents
  • Assisting with settlement processes

What you need: The successful candidate will ideally have some administration experience as well as the following attributes:

  • Great communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Effective prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
