Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager, located in Merrylands, NSW. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets and financial performance, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, they will lead, mentor, and support team members while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial management and budgeting expertise, with the ability to analyse and optimise financial performance
  • Leadership and team management experience, with skills in mentoring, performance evaluation, and collaborative decision-making
  • Strategic planning and business development capabilities, particularly in identifying growth opportunities and devising effective strategies
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards, processes, and compliance requirements (ISO, NCC, iCIRT, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (Procore & Buildpass)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or real estate development industry is highly desirable
