What You'll Be Doing
- Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for families and visitors.
- Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Supporting clinical teams with accurate data entry, filing, and administrative support.
- Using hospital systems to coordinate appointments, manage records, and ensure services run efficiently.
- Adhering to privacy, safety, and cultural respect standards—your attention to detail will help us deliver safe, quality care.

- Can juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure—hospital life is fast-paced!
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
