What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for families and visitors.
  • Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Supporting clinical teams with accurate data entry, filing, and administrative support.
  • Using hospital systems to coordinate appointments, manage records, and ensure services run efficiently.
  • Adhering to privacy, safety, and cultural respect standards—your attention to detail will help us deliver safe, quality care.
