Job Description
- Liaise with Paspaley retail store advisors, Paspaley workshop and external suppliers. Daily review and process incoming and outgoing special orders of repairs, modifications and bespoke jewellery items.
- Accurately and timely process; local and international purchase order forms, and payable invoices; Paspaley retail store requests.
- Co-ordinate national and international logistics, transfers and stock movements.
- Manage an inventory of pearls, jewellery and components.
- The person we seek will be required to work accurately, to be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have, ideally, 2 years’ experience in service and office administration. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
- In working with people, within and external to the organisation, in multiple regions, and cultures, the applicant needs to be a strong team player with strengths in efficient and effective communication. In this high-paced and demanding position the applicant will be required to manage shifting priorities and meet multiple deadlines.
