Dealership Truck Sales Consultant

About The Role As a proactive and creative team member reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be highly responsible for working with the team at our Keysborough dealership. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing and maintaining solid relationships with new and current customers in the transport industry.
• Promote and sell Isuzu Truck models catering to customers' needs.
• Providing expert advice and guidance on truck specifications, features, and benefits.
• Conducting truck demonstrations and test drives to showcase their capabilities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.

About You We are looking for a balance between individual drive and teamwork. You will be a well-rounded, highly motivated sales executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to be rewarded for your hard work. You Will Have The Following Demonstrated Experience

• Previous sales experience, ideally in selling trucks in a dealership environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, but importantly, you will be solution-focused and understand the customer's needs.
• Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ideally, experience with Pentana ERA software.
• Valid heavy vehicle driver's license OR you are eligible and willing to obtain one.
