We're looking for a passionate and driven Club Manager to lead our Plus Fitness Ningi club. This is an opportunity to take the lead of an established 24/7 fitness club where you'll have the autonomy to make an impact, supported by one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness brands.

About the Role

As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the club. You'll lead the team, drive membership growth, create an outstanding experience for members, and ensure the club operates to the highest standards every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving membership sales, lead conversion and member retention.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving member enquiries professionally.
• Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve outstanding results.
• Managing the day-to-day operations, administration and presentation of the club.
• Planning and delivering local marketing campaigns, promotions and community engagement activities.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and compliant environment for members and staff.
• Monitoring club performance and identifying opportunities for continual improvement.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys leading from the front and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Leadership or management experience in fitness, retail, hospitality or another customer-focused industry.
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or a willingness to obtain).

Fitness industry experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome applications from exceptional leaders outside the industry who are passionate about people and performance.
