At Possability, we're looking for a proactive Senior Finance Analyst to help drive financial performance, deliver meaningful insights, and support strategic decision-making across a purpose driven organisation. What You'll Do

You'll partner with leaders across the organisation to provide financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business insights that support operational and strategic outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and drive reporting to assist in analysis and understanding of financial results.
• Develop key reporting metrics underpinning business performance.
• Lead development of tools to streamline the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Delivering monthly reporting, management accounts, and financial performance analysis.
• Partnering with leaders to improve financial understanding and accountability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Providing commentary and insights that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Preparing reports, funding acquittals, and financial submissions.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving efficiencies.
• Collaborating across Finance and key business functions to support organisational success.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, or Power Query.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex financial data into practical insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Also Need

Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain:

• National Police Check and International Police Check (where applicable)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (State based)
