About the Role: We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our growing team in Tweed Heads. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive on-the-job training from experienced professionals. You’ll be part of our dynamic Sales Administration team, working in a high-energy real estate office that’s rapidly expanding nationwide.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and a smile.
  • Create and proof property marketing materials.
  • Manage property listings, sales records, and contracts.
  • Work directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and results.
  • Support agents with everything they need for a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new agents and manage sales paperwork.
  • General administrative duties that keep our fast-growing business moving!
