The Opportunity
Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will you see working across a diverse range of functions, encompassing elements of administration, events management, and reception.
You will play an essential role in our visitor experience and will also have the ability to lead our social activities for our team. Day-to-day, this role will also see you provide critical administrative support for our team.
Other key aspects of your role include:
- Welcoming visitors and attending to enquiries
- Providing support to the office on project requirements
- Ensuring the office, including kitchens and meeting rooms, are kept in a clean and welcoming manner, with all consumables stocked
- Coordinating and maintaining meeting room booking systems
- Preparing, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Team Administrator
- Booking travel with our travel provider
- Processing staff expenses through excel
- Organizing statuary declarations with our legal team
- Assisting with invoicing for end of month

Skills & Experience
You will bring a positive and vibrant can-do attitude with the ability to communicate with stakeholders from all levels effectively.
In addition, you will have:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A client service approach and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe (preferred)
- Creativity and the innate desire and ability to lead social events from time to time
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience at reception
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in administrative role
- Professional front of house appearance
