We are currently seeking expressions of interest for an experienced Buyers Agent to join our high performing team.

Job Description:

We are committed to delivering outstanding service and tailored property solutions to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and driven Buyers Agent to join our team and play a key role in helping clients achieve their property investment goals.

As a Buyers Agent, you will guide clients through the acquisition process, provide strategic advice, and ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation to settlement. This position requires someone with strong market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property investment strategies and opportunities.
  • Support clients in acquiring commercial properties aligned with their objectives.
  • Promptly address client inquiries, providing expert guidance and tailored property insights to support informed decisions.
  • Assist clients in understanding contracts of sale and key conditions.
  • Collaborate internally with due diligence, acquisitions, and client success teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Review property and market research to identify suitable opportunities for our clients.
  • Negotiate purchase terms to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to maintain compliance, coordinating settlements and ensuring contracts are executed on time.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the acquisition process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity within CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Contribute to team goals and foster a positive, collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong understanding of property markets and acquisition processes.
  • A strong passion for property investment and helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
