We're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Region Manager to lead our Brisbane team. Working closely alongside our Gold Coast Region Manager, you'll share ownership of sales performance and territory strategy across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with a team of Associate Territory Managers reporting into you. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build a team, grow a region and represent market-leading orthopaedic and surgical brands.

About the role
Reporting to Revolution Surgical's General Manager, and working hand in hand with the Gold Coast Region Manager, you'll lead our Brisbane team and share responsibility for sales performance across South East Queensland. Day to day, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Associate Territory Managers across Brisbane and Gold Coast.
- Partner with the Gold Coast Region Manager to align territory strategy, coverage and sales execution across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders
- Drive sales performance against territory and portfolio targets
- Identify new business opportunities and support your team in generating and converting leads
- Provide senior clinical and in-theatre support where needed, and support new product launches
- Develop and execute regional sales and coverage plans in partnership with your Gold Coast counterpart
- Report on team and territory performance to Revolution Surgical's leadership team
About you
- Proven experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales required, with prior people leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded but not crucial.
- Strong relationship-based sales approach, with experience engaging surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute territory sales plans
- Comfortable working across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with regular regional travel
- Valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia required
