The Role: Service Client Manager

As part of our ‘Maintain’ operations pillar, the Service Client Manager plays a key role in the delivery of both reactive and planned maintenance, as well as minor works, across some of the region’s most critical facilities — including those in the Health, Defence, and Government sectors.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow long-term relationships with key clients
• Oversee the delivery of service contracts, maintenance tasks, and minor works
• Coordinate teams across multiple sites to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes
• Lead project planning, reporting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with WHSEQ standards, preparing methodologies and documentation as required
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and business development

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a passion for excellence and client service. You’ll be comfortable navigating high-security environments and working across a diverse range of infrastructure assets.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in project/service delivery within electrical, building services, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent customer service and business development capabilities
• Solid understanding of WHSEQ principles and practices
• Financial acumen, including procurement, budgeting, and cost management
• A collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude

Qualifications & Requirements

• Electrical trade qualifications or a degree in engineering (preferred)
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence
• Must currently hold — or be eligible to obtain — Australian Government Security Clearances
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment and ongoing screening checks, including police checks
