About the role
Reporting to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial planning and analysis processes for our Australia business. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and provide insights that drive commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial planning and reporting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and the annual planning process.
- Consolidate results to provide insights into trading performance.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with global finance team and other functions to enhance processes and deliver financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Drive initiatives and system enhancements to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across financial systems.
What You Will Bring:
- A degree in Finance; CA or CPA qualification preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A or finance roles, preferably within FMCG or complex, multi-region organizations.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and business intelligence tools (experience with SAP and PowerBI is a plus).
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a focus on process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to appreciate the big picture.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
