What You Will Get To Do: SS&C is seeking expressions of interest from talented Fund Accounting and Fund Administration professionals across Associate, Senior Associate, Associate Manager, and Manager levels. In these roles, you will be responsible for delivering a range of fund accounting, financial reporting, and client servicing activities across various asset classes, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Mutual Funds, and other alternative investment structures. Depending on your level, responsibilities may include preparation, review, oversight, leadership, and client management.

• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client reporting and fund accounting deliverables in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare, review, and oversee NAV calculations, investor reporting, and financial reporting packages.
• Prepare and review annual and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, and other applicable accounting standards.
• Manage relationships and communication with clients, auditors, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
• Support fund launches, client onboarding, restructures, conversions, and other operational initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve accounting, reporting, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to projects, process improvement initiatives, and the implementation of best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and oversight where applicable.
• Support team management, resource planning, and client service delivery activities at Associate Manager and Manager levels.
• Maintain strong controls, governance, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience within Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Financial Reporting, Investment Operations, or related financial services environments.
• Exposure to one or more asset classes, including Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, Mutual Funds, ETFs, or Alternative Investments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, fund structures, and investment products.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or overseeing financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Leadership, coaching, and people management experience will be highly regarded for Associate Manager and Manager-level opportunities.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly regarded but not essential for all levels.
