This role will particularly ensure effective identification and delivery of business requirements and optimisation opportunities, across all stages of an Application Rationalisation Project to ensure Digital Solutions Group achieves its target savings for the software spend across the portfolio. The Senior Business Analyst also provides specialist guidance to other business analysts on complex activities and coordinates analyst work as required to meet program management timeframes and standards. Development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand end-to-end user journeys to support effective solutions and determine and resolve issues will also be important in this role. About You We are seeking a proactive problem-solver to drive both functional and technical solutions and optimise business processes within our dynamic environment. This role demands a proven track record in technical analysis, problem-solving under pressure, and a deep understanding of enterprise applications, software, and workflows with experience in a project environment or understanding of project methodology. You will also have demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and be able to facilitate meetings with a wide range of business stakeholders to understand and address their needs. To be successful in this role, you will have:-

  • Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to map process models and knowledge of process modelling notation standards and platforms with a demonstrated understanding of the relationship between strategy and operational process enablement.

Highly Regarded

  • Knowledge and experience in design thinking techniques applied to discovery activities
  • Practical experience in scoping, costing and defining project-and product deliverables including option analysis of solutions that can address the need.
