About The Opportunity This is your chance to join a dynamic People Experience team dedicated to fostering a positive, fun, and supportive environment. As the Workplace Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving engagement, wellbeing, and inclusivity across the business. You’ll collaborate with People Experience & HR teams to deliver meaningful initiatives and events that bring the company’s values to life. What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences for new hires
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and respect
- Plan and coordinate a calendar of events, activities, and social initiatives
- Manage employee recognition programs and celebrate achievements
- Partner with leaders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Recommend and help implement wellness programs for mental, physical, and emotional health
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of culture initiatives through surveys and feedback
- Drive participation and engagement through creative internal communications
- Support business-wide change management and culture alignment
About You
- Proven experience in a similar workplace experience role, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong HR knowledge and experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding, and cultural initiatives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with a positive, customer-focused mindset
- Passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing
- Comfortable working with HRIS and survey tools (e.g., HiBob, Culture Amp) – experience with ATS and project management tools a plus
- HR qualifications highly desirable
