Please find the job description belowJob Title: Technical/Cyber Business AnalystLocation: Sydney, New South Wales, AustraliaKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements related to Entra ID integration.
- Document current and future state IAM processes (joiner/mover/leaver, SSO, MFA, role-based access control).
- Identify and validate use cases for integrating business applications with Entra ID.
- Work with technical teams to define user provisioning and de-provisioning flows.
- Support mapping of business roles to Entra ID groups and entitlement structures.
- Assist in defining policies for access reviews, self-service, and approval workflows.
- Prepare functional specifications, data mapping documents, and user stories.
- Participate in testing activities including test planning, test case development, and UAT support.
- Monitor IAM integration projects and report on progress, risks, and issues.
- Support audit and compliance initiatives related to IAM.
- Help ensure secure and compliant implementation of Entra ID configurations and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM or security-related projects.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including groups, roles, conditional access, and enterprise app integration.
- Experience with identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver) and access certification.
- Familiarity with SSO, MFA, RBAC, and entitlement management.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with tools like Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Entra ID Governance or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Background in IAM integration projects involving SaaS applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
