Supervisor, Maintenance - Workshop

You will be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of crews executing all work conducted in our facility. In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance and effectiveness of Safety Management Systems
• Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and mentoring others
• Manage and execute maintenance work using efficient work strategies to achieve targeted repair times
• Ensure that work is completed within allowed budget and resources
• Assist the Workshop Manager in implementing safety and environmental plans
• Play an active role in all incident investigations
• Develop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Actively and positively contribute to fostering a great work culture and environment

Roster consisting of 12 hour Mon -Fri/ Mon - Thurs rotating day & night rosterAbout You As the successful applicant, you will be a high achieving & team focused individual with a focus on collaboration and achieving within your work team. You have previous experience in Workshop environments with a drive to deliver and exceed expectations.

• Mechanical trade certificate or tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering
• Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar equipment
• Previous supervisory experience in maintenance
• Passionate about creating and implementing improvement process
• A strong commitment to health, safety, environment and the community
