About The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Credit Analyst to join our client's team. Reporting to the Credit Manager you'll play a key role in the assessment and processing of mortgage applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your credit experience in a non-conforming lending environment.

You'll work alongside a supportive team of Credit Analysts, BDMs, and the Senior Leadership that will help you grow in your credit career.

Key responsibilities, you will be:

• Prepare, assess, and submit consumer and business loan applications in line with internal policies.
• Oversee scenarios and workshop deals in collaboration with the Credit Manager and other senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, sales teams, and internal departments.

About You

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in credit analysis or underwriting, ideally within mortgage, finance, or banking sectors.
• Exposure to non-conforming lending will be highly regarded.
• Solid understanding of mortgage lending and complex financial structures, including companies and trusts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience holding a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) will be highly desirable.
