The Opportunity Support the Retail Merchandise team with day-to-day office operations, including Shopify store, customer service, data entry, reporting and general office tasks. Your Day To Day

  • Assist with maintain Shopify store content, including photoshoots and listing updates
  • Manage and respond to Zendesk customer inquiries
  • Support product selection and sample management with the Production Manager
  • Provide general administration and office support that includes basic reporting on sales, stock, data entry, reservation forms and customer trends
  • Follow compliance guidelines and suggest process improvements

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills spanning Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills
