Business Manager – Kirrawee | Trade / Distribution

I’m recruiting a Business Manager (Kirrawee) on behalf of my client, for a high-impact branch leadership opportunity with end-to-end accountability.

What you’ll own

This is a true “run the business” role. You’ll be accountable for:

• Branch performance: revenue, margin, service, and standards
• Building a proactive sales culture (growth + retention)
• Strengthening local customer relationships and market presence
• Embedding a disciplined operating rhythm: targets, routines, follow-through
• Leading and developing the team across sales, warehouse and logistics

The kind of leader we’re looking for

You’ll suit this if you’re commercially sharp, people-focused, and comfortable being visible on the floor.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience leading a branch/site/business unit with P&L accountability
• Strong customer instincts and the ability to influence outcomes
• A “high standards, high support” leadership style
• Confidence working with KPIs, coaching, and structured routines
• Trade/distribution exposure (plumbing highly regarded, not essential)
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
