  • Liaise with customers to manage orders, deliveries, payments, and ongoing communication.
  • Work with kitchen companies, cabinet makers, and suppliers to coordinate forward schedules, deliveries, and payments for high-profile clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from order placement through to delivery.
  • Assist with web orders, ad-hoc administrative tasks, and support for Senior Product Experts.
  • Learn and develop skills across luxury retail operations, with opportunities for mentoring and growth.

You’ll have -

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, including email and Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work between our O’Connor (2 days) and Osborne Park (3 days) showrooms.
