Our Mining Group Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you’ll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining. What You’ll Do This is a senior technical engineering role where you’ll provide leadership in the design and delivery of electrical systems for major mining and infrastructure projects. You’ll work across all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept and design through to site support, while mentoring junior engineers and engaging directly with clients. Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, review, and integration of electrical distribution and control systems.
• Provide expertise across power, automation, and site services infrastructure.
• Oversee project delivery from design through to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their professional growth.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve successful delivery.

About You

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical.
• 7+ years’ professional experience, ideally in mining, heavy industry, or large infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading project delivery from design through to commissioning.
• Strong understanding of reliability, asset management, and operational requirements in project delivery and consulting environments.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
